The rubber filter is a machine that uses screw pushing and conveying to remove the impurities in the rubber material or recycled rubber. It is mainly composed of screw, barrel, filter head and transmission device. The filter head is equipped with a hole plate and a filter net, and the hole plate is used to support the filter net and is a discharge port, its aperture is 4 ~ 8mm, and it is a conical hole expanding along the direction of the flow of the rubber material.

Technical points of rubber filter:
1. The screw diameter of the filter is generally more than 150
2. Length-diameter ratio is generally about 5
3. Equal distance and depth screw structure
4. Compression ratio is very small, many are 1, do not compress
5. Slow speed, large power, high filtration efficiency

Rubber filter, rubber filter, inner tube filter is used to filter the impurities of rubber material, the head is hinged, installed on the flange of the fuselage, and the worm gear is driven to unlock, saving energy and light unlocking. The body of the filter has a spiral water vapor channel, which has a good temperature control effect, and is equipped with a thermocouple and a temperature measuring millivoltmeter to display the temperature. The screw and bushing of the rubber filter are made of high quality alloy steel and nitrided, with sufficient strength and good wear resistance. The reducer of the rubber filter is driven by involute cylindrical gear, and the lubricating volume of the oil pool is small and the weight is light.
